Today marks the anniversary of the Soweto Uprising, when children in Soweto, South Africa, took to the streets to demand better education from the government. Tragically, many lost their lives during the riots. To honor their memory, we spent time with the children at Mashinani Watch Organisation Resource Center where we shared stories that reflected on the ongoing inequalities against African children. We also took the opportunity to sensitize children from various villages in Bamburi Ward on Sexual Gender Based Violence ,Mental Health ,Hygiene and Sanitation,Culture and heritage and also Religious Education . There is no brighter moment than spending your day with children. They are amazing
